The main selling point was their lifetime warranty. There are plenty of members who have bought from DDM and are extremely happy and satisfied with their kits. No problems whatsoever. Thanks for warning me of my mistake, though.

Apparently we have different definitions of bashing. If you were a regular member I wouldn't see a problem with you posting what you have. Being a site sponsor and selling products, however, sets you to another standard. You should have a little more respect for other companies, regardless of what you think of them.

I won't suggest installing HID in your F150 when daytime running lights are mandatory in Canada.
Doh!

Quick question. I purchased a 55w, 8000k, 9007 bi-xenon kit for my 2002, F-150 Lariat. After they were installed, the drivers side light would flicker on start up. I would turn the iginition "on" and the lights would come on, but while the engine was cranking over to start, it would flicker and then stay on as soon as the engine fired up. I redid the ground connections for both lights and it helped some. Instead of flickering, it comes on as before, then when I turn the engine over it just goes out competely, and then comes back on once the engine is running.

Anyone else ever see this or have any ideas on what I need to do to correct this? I'm concerned with this extra "off/on" sequence, that it will shorten the life of this bulb.

Thanks.

Don't turn on the lights until after you've turned on the truck. When you're cranking, they are not getting enough power to stay on, so they shut off. Halogens dim when you start a car, HIDs shut off/flicker instead.

It is recommended to turn off the headlights prior starting up your car. The HID flickers due to not enough power are feeding the HID lights. This is normal during starting up the trucks.

I want to personally give me thanks to all of you that sticked up for me when the other sponsor crossed the line. I must be doing something right to get your support and promise I'll continue to do the same.

I had a static issue with one set of ballasts, but William sent me a new, different set within a few days and the problem was fixed.

Im running 2 sets of 8k kits, an H3 kit in some Hellas and a H13 kit in my headlights
