New Tailgate emblem...Like? or Dislike?

I made a back plate out of an aluminum yardstick to cover the tailgate holes. After shaping, sanding, and painting, I attatched the letters to the front, and molding tape to the back.

I took the liberty of using a Shelby emblem on the truck because my first name is Shelby. I removed the pins off the back, and used the tailgate emblem on the dash. I think it turned out great, but feel free to tell me what you think.

Hey autoworker....

You did a very nice job on it..... But 'Shelby' on a truck ? Besides it being a Ford, are their any other connections ?

Oh hey BTW, I think you need a Patriot decal for your oval.... I dunno.... red... black... white... whatever combo works, but no blue or chrome :-)

Peace,
Fish

I think it all looks good! My dad had a 72 econoline that he would do the same thing to the dash. He had a cross and some other ford emblems. That brought back memories!
