Black/White are power for the LEDs. Just splice into your parking light wire. Black is ground, white is pos.

The halo ring black/red can also be spliced into your parking light wire. Again, black is ground, white is pos.

The black wires are the hot wires for the halos and LEDs underneath. The white wires will be your neutral or ground wires. ther are multiple ways to wire up the lights. I had mine wired up so that all 6 LEDs and the halos came on with the parking lamps. But I think the idea of having all 6 LEDs work with the blinker would be awesome. and leave the halos with the parking lamps...

Thanks for clarifying Derek, I just wanted to give the "oh, I'll switch the wires polarity" award of the year to the designer of these headlights/ Never have I seen black wires as leads

Another quick question. I need to get the black plastic fastners off. I have had my uncle tell me that I need to take the whole bolt off. Does that sound right?

You mean the 3 aiming arms?? If you want the headlights to stay in, you might wanna keep those on there....

Ya I got that those are the aiming arms but when I'm removing the stock headlights I can't get those plastic fastners off and he said that those arms just unscrew right out.

I'm trying to picture the fasteners you are talking about....you got a pic that you can point them out in?

Th only thing that comes to my mind are the little screw type thing with the 4 arms on it in the form of an "X"....
