Are you talking about just stock headlights?
(sorry - don't know what you mean by "cleared")

you remove the amber reflector, pop it out with a screwdriver an break it up and remove it.

Ive got a set off ebay. No complaints except they splatter my HID's everywhere (the optics are kinda chitty).

I think if you went with a subtle chrome theme on the DSG it would look great. Things like LT handles, Chrome grilles, PTM fender flares, Chrome wheels.....Just turn my truck DSG and youll get the picture..

nah, they are in there, as well as their outragous shipping charge... Ive contemplated busting these up for just the clear reflector and baking my stock ones, cleaning the broken bulb out and swapping reflectors cause the optics are better on the stock ones.

I dunno what the law looks like in your guys states.. but Texas DPS doesn't say anything about having amber reflectors up front.. you only need an amber turning signal.. the orange reflector on our trucks only house the parking lamp if I'm not mistaken, so if you take it out, there shouldn't be a prob..

You can replace your amber turning bulbs with clear, blue, or chrome bulbs that all light up amber.. my fav is the Stealth Bulbs.. I think you can see FX4life has some on his truck..

im pretty sure your breaking the california law if you do not have an orange reflector up front. The rice rockets around here always get busted for clears up front with no orange reflectors, among other things.

i hear ya there we got a state trooper that must have just graduated and is pulling every modified truck around over..at least 5 guys that didnt get bushwackers like me running there stockers, ticketed for tires exceeding boy line. i got mostly chrome now, 08 lariat chrome grille, chrome door pulls, chrome bumpers, chrome MM 954's, just wanna clean up those headlights. or maybe go all dsg. good thing i didnt buy a rize, the shop was all for installing it and when i asked them if it was legal, they replied "i think so"
