Wash, Polish and Wax!
Wash, Polish and Wax!
I decided to do the full detailing on the Roush this weekend, and I must say that the Sonus line is simply fantastic. Here's the list of items done:
Here are the results:

- Wash with Mequiers Car wash soap.
- Hand dry.
- Complete polish with Sonus SFX-2 and Sonus SFX-2 foam pad using Porter Cable Orbital. This included all glass.
- Complete polish with Sonus SFX-3 and Sonus SFX-3 foam pad.
- Hand clean with Sonus microfiber towel.
- Hand application of KLASS all in one with Sonus applicator foam pad.
- 2 coats of KLASS acrylic glaze using PC and Sonus applicator.
- PC buff with microfiber attachment.
- Mother's Back to Black applied to all plastic.
- Hot shot tire dressing applied.
- Blue Magic polish on all wheels and brightwork.
Here are the results:

I use Spray'N Wash for cleaning the engine compartment. There's not an easier, cleaner way to get that showroom engine bay. Just spray, soak, and rinse.

Is it a REAL Roush F-150? Looks kinda plain except for the badges. Nice job tho, love the dual exhaust. What did you use on the chrome and have you found an efficient way to clean inbetween the bars on these billet grilles?
I got rid of the exhaust. It wasn't true duals and the pipes weren't to my taste.
I use Blue Magic (paste, not liquid) for all the chrome, including the grille. It really is the best polish for metal and plastic you can buy.
Since Roush couldn't deliver on my timeline the Roush dealership made one for me 3 years ago. It's a Sport package with suspension option, hood delete, floor mats, pedals, chrome interior package, and blower.

The wheels are the best part of the package. Roush photos do them no justice. Simply stunning. And without all the piggy trimwork the "stage" Roush's do, let's just say it gets out of its own way and people don't know what it is either.
i really want to drive a 150 with the roush suspension, every time i see a truck with it i want it. have you driven a 150 without the suspension? would also like to see side by side pics of stock suspension and roush
