Thinking about whiting out my truck

Ive got an 07 fx its white and most ppl with black trucks black them out and throw black wheels on them.
what do you all think about the idea of painting the entire mirror and the piece that bolts to the a pillar white, getting the stillen flat bed and tail gatecaps and painting those white, and also the head lights painted white instead of the grey color they are.
and im also getting a set of the new style fx2 20 wheels that are the gun metal color and i can get those powder coated white.

leave me some comments or suggestions Thanks

Here's a "Casper Edition" F-150. I think its a bit TOO much but I like some of the things on it. I'm a fellow Oxford White guy here and good luck with it, keep us updated.

ive also thought about getting the foose decal package and there is a place that makes knockoffs that you can get made in just about an color or look you want. i was thinking somwthing like a flat black or carbon fiber would look good.

X2 minues euro lights(I just have never liked them), plus the windshield wipers white???? that is just dumb haha

SKRBLS I think you should PTM the top of the mirrors, not the whole thing. But I definately say go for it overall. I think a whited or blacked out truck looks the best. I wouldnt want any other color.

Hmmmmm.....

if a "blacked out" truck looks tough, mean, hard-core, agressive, etc, what does this say about a whited-out truck ? I dunno, maybe it's just me, but when I see a whited out vehicle, I expect to see some rich b#### driving it, with one of those big standard poodles in the passenger seat ;-)

Personally, if I had to own (another.... I hated the white paint on my Toyota for the 11 years I owned it) white truck, it would probably be dripping in chrome. Black, or night chrome maybe ? Hmmm. Just a thought.
But then, if I were to do it again, I'd probably just save all of my mod money for a paint job.

Nothing personal. I know their are a lot of white trucks out there, I'm just not a white paint kind of guy.... let alone, white on white.

Peace,
Fish

PS.... But I'm a self-admitted whacko anyway, so I wouldn't pay much attention to me, if I were you :-)

Thats a negative on the white out. Also a negative on the black out. Both look like very little imagination was used. I like what PipmRohr did with his white truck, black rims. Too much of anything ain't good

in all seriousness, blacking out a vehicle will always be around. Its just one of those things that will stay the same.

I cannot allow you to have the last word, it will drive me nuts

It may be around, all things are...but the popularity of "blacking out" will inevitably wane.

X2. I'm also not a fan of a vehicle and all of its visible parts being the same color. The dark colors look generic and the light colors remind me of the 80's.

Luckily for all the monochrome lovers out there, it is just my opinion, and they are still free to do whatever they want with their vehicles.
