Well... the warranty was easy work!

Sent an e-mail, within the next 4 hours he sent one back asking for my address and exactly what replacement part I needed, and now its on the way!

+1 for HID4U

They have very good customer service. The other kit I had I wanted to send back just to exchange bulb colors, they gave me the run around and wanted me to send back my items first. I refused, I finally had to threated them with calling the better business bureau to get a refund.

Guess I should add that was a different company...

Ok, I'm ready to install but I don't know which wire is used for my high's and low's on the harness. I know the middle, brown wire, is ground, but I don't know if it's the white or the blue wire. No instructions came with this kit.

Are you hard wiring it in? I just used the factory plugs and they work great...

That works. For my old one's I cut off my plugs, but saved them. This will make life easy. Thanks

I was skeptical at first, but the plugs fit nice and tight. They sell a very high quality kit IMHO. The relay harness surpassed any and all ideas of what I thought it would be.

Wait till you seem them after install. Its defiantly a gratifying mod.

As for the wires... I opted to keep the factory harness so if I ever needed to revert it would be simple.

If you do that... just plug the three wires into the 3 slots in the factory harness. Tape each one off individually so they dont touch, then place them in. The black goes in the middle... the other two just try each way until the highbeam and lowbeam work correctly

I kept my stock harness and taped it up...it takes me about 10 minutes to go from HID to stock (heads AND fogs) incase i need inspection for a ticket...which i could definitely see happening once the lift goes on here soon (much more blinding with a lift kit :o).

Don't worry I'm reequiping the factory plugs. With the xenon kit I didn't like how they'd sit so I left enough wire on factory plugs and cut them off. I'll put them back on tomorrow and and tape everything up good with electrical tape.

Hey, I was thinking this morning while I'm out wiring up the new HID's that I could do the High beams with fogs mod. Has anyone done this with HID's?

Ok, I got the new Bixenon bulbs installed this morning. Took my time rewiring what I had cut for the regular kit and moved my old relay down to my fogs. Unfortunatley my new ballasts didn't come today so I still don't have working fog lights. Once its dark I'm going to get some pics.

Still want to see if anyone has done the mod to keep the fogs on with high beams with HID's.

I haven't done that mod, but I plan on doing it.

For some reason my HID's come on when I want just the fogs to run, which I think is related to the same fog/high beam ground situation.

My new ballast should be here any day, so I'll probably do it when that gets here.

Well after a short drive around town, I've come to notice a couple things.

1. My right head light shut off. Pulled to a friends house and and unplugged the ballast and replugged it back in. Upon start up it did it again.

2. For some reason these lights are aimed higher. I don't get this. I didn't change the adjustment from the previous lights. This caused other people to not like my lights that much.

3. I love these new lights. They put out more light it seems and its great having my high beams again.

Here's a few pics I took while on the road. Was gonna pull over, but it started raining again.
