The headlight ballasts are mounted right behind the headlights, and the foglight's are just to the sides of the headlights. Lucky I mounted them close so I could get my headlights back.

Right now I'm starting to think he's getting upset with my emails. The first email, from when my first ballast went out, seemed like only a generic one for returns. When my second ballast went out I emailed him to let him know, and also asked about upgrading to bixenon again. This is the reply I got,

JUST GIVE ME FULL NAME ADDRESS AND THE PART U NEED THANKS
Still no response yet from the reply to that. I'm waiting till Monday to try and contact him again, being father's day weekend and all.

I have a kit from HID4U and I had a ballast go out on Monday. I have emailed him twice and still waiting for a response. I hate not being able to use my fogs.

I am hoping to get my harnesses on this weekend. I bought one for the heads and one for the fogs. I hope it atleast gets rid of the high beam indicator lighting up.

I could be wrong but that seems like its causing the problem. I've had my relay from the get-go and not one problem, but I see a lot of people with no relays post about loosing a ballast, ect.

good thing about forums is the abilty to review products.
I had heard nothing but great stuff about HID4U about six months ago...

Now we have a few ballast going out.
I am eager to see how the seller will handle these claims.
Also if your ballast went out, it would be nice if you guys post if you are running a relay harness or just straight plug in thru the factory wiring.

I run a harness on both heads and fogs but before i only had one on the heads, and often times only one of my fogs would turn on. Now with the relay, they both turn on everytime.

Also, i had a ballast go out a while back (i got mud in it during a storm while duck hunting) and i emailed him. i made the small deposit and the next day i had a tracking number for the replacement, took 5 days to arrive.

Well I haven't heard anything from him since the 12th, so I sent him off another e-mail. I just want this over with and all my lights working

Got my kit about a week ago, he sent the low kit instead of the bi/xenon kit I ordered. Emailed him yesterday and got a tracking number for the new kit today.

Well I got almost the exact same email as last time. It's like he didn't even read the one I sent him last week.
