door handles
I was wondering if anyone knows where i can get some white door handles for my truck? like the ones in this picture:

You can order the painted fx2 handles which are all one color. Or, you can order the painted buckets with chrome straps (LT handles).

paint them, its not hard. Just clean up, mask, paint with a plastic bonding paint, clearcoat, dry, done. 1 - 2 hours of your time.

No idea but if it helps i have a 99 XLT stepside and mine are painted

Is the Krylon Fusion a good choice? Is this something I would want to remove the door handles from the truck to do or just mask, prep and paint?

Go with the Duplicolor that matches your paint code. I get mine at O'Reillys. Make sure you get some primer and clearcoat (I also get those Duplicolor) too, if you decide to paint yourself.
