So now that I finally have a Cragar grille on the way (for real this time) I need to start thinking about what I want to put in the emblem spot (Similar to a Saleen grille, has an emblem spot on the lower drivers side of the grille.)

I know some of you with the Roush grille purchased smalled Ford ovals and was wondering where you got those? My idea was to purchase one of those, then color match with an overlay to my truck (Red/Black)

Anyone else have any ideas for a emblem? I defiantly wouldn't use a Roush/Saleen/ect. because my truck is not one of those. If I went that way POSSIBLY a Ford Racing badge.

maybe try one of the billet badges websites and see if they can make you a custom emblem thats the same size as the saleen one. that way it can say what you want

Guy on e-bay... true story:

Was bidding on it a few nights ago and at the last minute someone bid on it and beat me.

Well, I e-mailed the guy and come to find out the original bidder wanted to retract his bid, so the guy said I could bid. I said no way, I'll do it for a "Buy it now" for 20$ more than what the last bid was, and he said yes

Grille should be in sometime next week, my Hella blackout lamps are ready to go... I CANNOT WAIT to see my truck when I get both of these things installed

 

I purchased a Steeda emblem and put it on one of my mustangs. I dont know if it's the look your going for, but might be worth looking at.

 

maybe you could take a dremel and cut the emblem tab off before you mount the grille.... then you won't need one.

 

Yea I was thinking of that possibility too.

I sent en e-mail over to one of the billet guys to see if he can come up with anything... other than that I'm going to wait to get the grille on before coming to any decisions.
