What specifically do you need help with? Do you have a wiring kit? Is there a wiring diagram already?

you dont need to tap into the highbeams you can just run that wire straight to the battery or the ignition wire that way you can run the lights with hi or low beams.

what color is the wire?

I guess I need to know how to tap into the high beams and where to
go into the firewall. I'ld like to have these connected to the brights
with my existing switch--if possible.

existing switch as in your highbeam switch? then you just need to take the power going out of the PIAA relay and tap it into the highbeam power

You might not want to wire them into your brights... any time you flash your brights you'll flash your PIAAs too.

Do you know anything about wiring, or is this your first time? You'll need wire taps to tap the wire....

NCSU--you bring up a good issue.
Can anyone tell me where I can locate and connect my switch power to? (white wire with red dots in PIAA kit).
And where is the easiest route through the firewall to run my switch and suggestions on how to mount it. (The switch adhesive looks flimsy)
Sorry my last posts were unclear.

there is a gromit on the firewall under the driver side between the gas and brake pedal. this is where i ran all my wires for my switch. i hooked the white and red wire directly to the battery so i could use them at all times. you could also wire this to the ignition wire under the dash. as far as the switch goes i brought it up under the trim and mounted it like this (sorry the pic is so fuzzy)

the switch should have some tape on the back to mount it

So I take the switch power wire (white with red dots and run real skinny)
to the battery along with the white main to the positive?

yes both of them go to the positive battery terminal. now keep in mind doing it this way will allow the lights to run even when the ignition is turned off. you just need to make sure you are ok with that. if not run it the red and white off the igniton or i guess you could use any 12v switched source
