Replacement bulb problem?

I changed out my stock headlight bulbs for some chinese ones I bought off of ebay for $15. The bulbswork fine on low beams but when I put my brights on only one side works. No light is put out on the other side when I turn on the brights. Does anyone have a clue what could be wrong here?

Whats wrong is you bought chinese and secondly you bought off eBay. Two idiot slaps for you, good sir! Get the Sylvania Silverstar Ultras if you want good bulbs and light output. For about $30-$50 you can have a great set of AMERICAN-MADE bulbs!

And so far they do not make them for the 04 up. Just regular Silverstars.

Which would still be better than $15 bulbs from Chin Shi Chow.
