Yeah, but someone told me you have to have proof of ownership and a legal VIN of a HD to get replacement lights due to like copyright by Harley-Davidson or something like that.

Seems kinda far-fetched but I could be wrong.

i know other people on here have swapped in harley lights without having all that documentation and proof of ownership...ive never heard of that before. thats the headlights im looking at switching too, im a bit disappointed that LMC didnt have them any cheaper, they normally have really good prices on stuff, way better than dealer price

Well if anyone can find them chaper, let me know. So far I'm still eyeing a Lightning projector headlight kit w/ the matching corners for $175.

not a fan of the depot ones... i find the little projector looks ugly and clutters the headlight imo
+ 175 is a tad high for replica headlights / corners.. i think you should search more.. theres more available.
if not going oem make sure they are tyc.

I spent 3 hours on google all I'm getting is realy harley bikes for sale, the round harley davidson headbulbs, etc. I found that from browsing through a LMC truck catalog.

I wasnt a fan until my mom got a '06 Solara SE with 1 projector for lo-beam and the standard reflector for highs and those little projectors throw off a nice crisp, clean light down the road. I was thinking when I get the set I like, was later on getting HID's and putting them in the projectors and have the reflectors for the standard lo-beams.

Check out NHTOC.COM... you can sometimes find them used over there when people swap out the factory for aftermarket...
