I have been thinking about

#1-painting my handles to match or the lt handles
#2-a set of the Harley headlights
#3-my mirror back is a one piece to get the two piece with the painted top

HD Headlights & Grille would look nice I'd go for chrome door handles to match the current grille, but thats just me.

I think, for the mirrors, you'd have to buy the whole thing since they changed the back from one to two piece. Someone may know better than this. Just do what I did: pop of the mirror and remove the four torx screws that hold on the back piece. Give it to the body shop and let them sand and paint just the top. You can snap the mirror back on and drive around with the mirror backs missing for a few days.
