ptm grille surround

Where does everyone get their painted grille surrounds?????????

Ive been looking on ebay and in the forum classifieds for months and havent seen a dark stone grey surround or one ready to paint, or even a non chrome surround at all. Also, when I called the paint shop that my ford dealer recommended, they said that painting my chrome surround wasnt an option........

HELP

visit your local junkyard and hope you get lucky.

get a non chrome one and have it painted or get real lucky and find the color you are looking for.

Just take it to a body shop and have it painted. I did that when I got my new FX2 grill and surround. It was not that expensive.

Hope you have better luck than I did. I found a DSG on ebay so i bought it. When it came in there was all kinds of scratches that were very noticeable. I ended up having to take it to the body shop and have it resprayed. At least they only charged me $20 to paint it

I highly recommend NOT buying from a $tealer$hip as they will prolly say like $800 or something crazy like that...
