Is a Super crew a Style side? I want to put OEM flares on my 03 Screw, Checked at e-bay and some vendors say that styleside flares will fit, others say they won't, One guy said that Expedition flares would fit. Anybody knows? You can find a lot of styleside and expedition flares on e-bay but Screws are slower and more expensive.

A Screw bed is kind of its own thing. Its not a Styleside though. Stylesides are even with the cag, all the way back. Click the pics link in my sig and you can look at the pics of my truck, which is a styleside.

The proble is that Ford is'nt much help and when you check the part numbers on some site they are the same or almost the same. Some People say that there al the same. I'm hoping that someone who has already done the experiment can give us some input

Im not sure what fits what, but next time im in town(saturday) I will look at my uncles Expedition and I can tell you if the Expy and F150 flares are the same. Yes, Ford usually doesnt know what is going on or what they are talking about. Next time you go there though, as them if they have a Expy or F150 flare then run out to your truck and see if it fits.

Yeah, you can put it that way. A stubby one though.

 

I installed a set of oem fender flares on my 03 F-150 styleside, I purchased from Ebay. The front ones fit fine but the rears are about 1/2" too short in width. It still covered the wheel opening and looks fine after I "made it fit".
Well I did some looking around at other vehicles and noticed the screw hole pattern on the flare is the same as a SuperCrew. The pattern on a regular styleside is different.
I also have an Expedition and the pattern is different on it...So....I really believe that all of the flares are different in size. I don't know why Ford engineers would do that?....it would be easier to have one set. Hope this doesn't add to the confusion.
