Thumbs up New Goodies!!!

no pics yet, but after getting the hail damage repaired for $1,500 that state farm estimated @ $3,000. extra money spent on new pioneer CD/CDR/MP3/XM stereo, chrome tubular bed rails, bed mat, and new hood with a GT style Scoop painted back to accentuate the dimension of the scoop. pics to be uploaded soon. will be getting the lightning bumper valance next to complete the front end, after that all i will need is some rims

just curious, you got 3g's from state farm, and it only cost 1500 to fix it? when i hit a deer a year ago, they never wrote me a check, they told me to take it to a body shop and then let them know where I took it and they would handle it from there. I am with state farm myself.

Ford gave me an estimate for $2,800
PDR place gave estimate for $2,600
the place that did my repairs is ran by the uncle of one of my friends installers (insulation), so i got a pretty good hook up. they pulled dents & repainted the entire driver side. I bought an aftermarket hood (GT Scoop) myself, but had them paint it. They also painted a new mirror i bought (previous broken in a parking garage on an I-beam!!! stupid I-beams!!!) and pulled dents & repainted the roof of the truck. $1,500 is that their work cost me, my hood ran me $400 & the mirror cost $80.
