installed in truck, back seat will lower and latch but subs have no clearance but this is because of the spacers. Its not like I use it too often anyhow.

You can also see my pioneer coaxials in the far door
I'll get you some addittional photos of my partial "big 3" upgrade when the sun rises.
so..............what do you think?

Sweet pic, I almost broke my neck trying to orient myself to the angle. I'm guessing you added the spacers because of the subs were too deep for the box? Looks very nice though, I'm hoping to get started tomorrow if UPS doesn't let me down.

BTW, PM coming soon...........

there is more pics on the previous page also. I did the spacers to allow better venting of the pole piece (voice coil), they would have fit with out them but the pole piece would rest on the bottom of the box.

Oops, missed those didn't realize we started a new page

I also didn't realize you were running 12's, I thought 10" was the max for under seat. Guess that was wrong, looks like you pulled it off!

why do u cover the back wall with silver duct tape?.. does that have anything to do with heat? or are u just doing that to deaden vibration and noise?

also.. i am lookin into mounting an amp back there also.. what about the heat it produces and being imbetween the seat and the wall and touching the carpet etc.. i am gunna be using a 1200w amp if that makes a diff.. thanks for the help

To start, its not duct tape, its Edead v1 sound deadener, it just has a heat shield built into it. Second, my amp temp gauge has yet to hit 90*F, and your amp would turn itself off WELL before it got hot enough to do anything to the back of the seat.

yeah, that was just some left over header paint I had sitting in the garage, I didn't expect it to turn out as good as it did.

They sound AMAZING , I've still got a little tuning to do. I am now a true believer of IDQ's SQ abilities.

Looks GREAT! How much power are you feeding them? Where did you get the subs?
