I give credit when due and it was because of your post about no rear speakers that I dumped mine. I'm pleased but my charging system is But my 2 year old liked watching my headlights dim to the beat of the music

Two 34/78 optima's under the hood of a lowered sport truck is the best way to make sure you have poor ride quality and little if any handling.

Whats wrong with under the bed?

explain how adding one battery will make the ride quality suffer

I'm also using Elemental Designs Edeadv1 sound deadener, I ordered 200 square FT at $0.80 a square foot. so far i have all 4 doors matted as well
as a few dash panels that would also vibrate any time the bass would HIT!
I went and checked out the foam from home depot and saw 3 kinds of "great Stuff". any chance you know which type you used? there was (door and window, gap and cracks, big gaps)

I don't wanna use the wrong stuff. thanks for the help

I was kinda wondering the same thing. I know the optimas are heave but I dont think two of them weight a whole lot more than the oem battery. I mean cmon its still a truck not a race car. I thought about sticking them in battery boxes along the frame rails but that is not allowed in most audio competition classes.

big gaps would be the best since it expands more, gaps and cracks is the next best (and what I used)
