Since I don't have a 2015, I can't say, but your Owner's Manual should give you the bulb specifications. Look there.

My headlights are LED so I am not sure on them but I switched the fogs to match and they are H10.

99% sure that's it. Perfect for a H9 upgrade for the lows and a HIR 9011 (not HIDs) for the highs.

As the resident expert here on lighting, what's your honest opinion on the HIR bulbs as compared to standard halogen bulbs? Is there a significant difference in light output? Are they worth the extra money? What brand(s) would you recommend?

Thanks in advance.

I love them! You're going from 1800 lumens to 2300 lumens. And get this they are CHEAPER than the high end Sylvania bulbs. They run the sand wattage and don't create any more heat. Had them as a secondary high beam on my first Retrofit and it complimented the HIDs very well. .
It's a must for anyone that has a9006 or 9005 bulb.

There is only one brand to go. Philips. Be aware of cheap knock offs on eBay. Here is a good reputable source.

Are you saying the HIR's are better than HID?

In reflector housings designed around a halogen bulb yes.
HIDs in a halogen housing will glare and blind oncoming traffic.

Nope you'll just need the 9011 for your high beams. Low beams you need to just buy a H9. It'll fit in the same place as your H11, you'll just have to take the little rig on the inside of the OEM plug out so it'll plug into the H9

Here is the link for H9 conversion.

I highly suggest after doing this one make sure your truck has the required 2.5" drop at 25' as to not blind people

I'm sorry, but i'm thoroughly confused. The high beams are 9005/HB3 lamps. The low beams are H11. The fog lamps are 9140.

Which lamps do I need to buy to make these conversions work?
