Which lamps do I need to buy to make these conversions work?
You need to buy the HIR 9011 to replace the 9005 and the H9 to replace the H11. These are all plug and play with your OEM housings. Same optics.
I wouldn't go any more wattage on the fogs being they are smaller housings and might melt or burn the reflector.

Wanting to change out my map lights and my rear dome lights but don't know how to pop off covers. I have 2015 XLT with full sun roof. Also want to change out the lights in my truck bed not sure how to pop the covers off. Nothing for 2015 out on YouTube could use some advice

I have a new 2016 with the fogs. Headlights are LED. Fogs (9140) aren't the brightest. Best to change to an LED bulb or a better bulb for better output and look?

Get the XB LED direct replacement lights. They have amazing output that'll be 100x better than just LED bulbs and will look almost 100% the same as your headlights

Is there an HIR bulb I can use in OEM 2006 F150? I believe halogen is H13.

No sir. Only HIRs are ones to replace 9005 and 9006
