Thanks everyone.
It was a little sketchy dropping money on brand new eblems just to sand them down. And I was kinda on the fence about how the emblems were actually going to turn out. But I absolutely love them now.

Okay I used the search function and you were the first one I saw that had the emblems off. Behind the fender badges there are 2 holes, that are used for the alignment of of the F150 emblem. Are the house pretty small? Are the pins on the emblem behind the "F" and the "0"?
Thank you in advance

I don't remember exactly where the holes line up, or their relative size. I can look and see if they take off emblem has any indication of size

That looks Awesome!

I am not a fan of the "FX4" that sticks out the side of the F150 on the sides, this would be a good solution. I was going to by the appearance package badges and the cut off the FX4 end and sand down. Since they would have to be re-painted, this might be better and probably look cleaner that modding one.

On another forum I saw a guy the modded a set of emblems. The finished result from a far looked great, up close it was a 5/10 finished look

I opted for "simplicity" and cleanliness at a monetary cost over a time investment to mod them
