I drove this one today http://www.inventory.ford.com/servic...FW1ET9DFD97731 and I can get it for 41,476 after x plan and rebates. So for basically 1K more I can get a loaded FX4 screw, as far as I'm concerned it's a no brainer, I'm going for the screw.
This FX4 doesn't have the appearance package, tailgate step, bed extender ($2k worth of options that the Tremor in Montrose has) and the price given for the Tremor is $5k too high.

Here it is http://www.montrosefordakron.com/new...MF1CT5EFA09471

After a few months when ford realizes that the tremors are not moving, they may allow the discount plans (a,d,x,z) and offer bigger rebates to get rid of them. I feel most will not pay 40+ for a RCSB truck when they can get a leftover 13 scab or screw for the same or even less.

I just emailed about this one. This one has the Tremor Plus Package so it has everything - nav, tailgate step, bed extender, etc. The actual internet price is $36,521. $5k off automatically. That makes the 2013 SuperCrew FX4 in the example above $5k more than the 2014 Tremor. Add the appearance package, tailgate step, bed extender it would be $7k more. And this is with little or no factory rebates on the 2014's. Wait for the 2014 rebates to kick in and the price differential will be clearer when it is 2014 vs 2014.

I bet you $20 I could walk into my dealer, tell them I want to order a Tremor and I want to pay invoice less incentives, and they'd place the order as quickly as possible, without even requiring a deposit!
You are correct as usual. Discounts can be had on a Tremor like any F-150.

Is it possible to find out what price they agreed on before taxes? Most likely not, for obvious reasons, but it'd sure be nice to know if he paid sticker or not.

05RedFX4, do you legitimately not like Texas? Honest question lol. Most people do. Not sure what "OH-IO's" got that we don't . . .

It was a joke dude. I did pass thru northern Texas a few times on I-40 thru Amarillo and all I remember was a whole lot of nothing, just like I-40 thru New Mexico.

Salesman texted me and told me it sold, i went ahead and asked him and he said $41,560 (500 off)

Owner of a oil field company bought it, so money didn't matter to the buyer.

He said they are expecting another one in next week.

Well I pulled the trigger on a leftover 13 FX4 screw, sticker was 49,700. I decided to get the 5.0 over the ecoboost, it was cheaper and I don't tow anything anyway. Salesman had to go get it, and I had to come home and clean out the focus. I have to leave and go to work at 4:30 so if I get it in time I'll post pics, otherwise you'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Well hell, that's why you don't like it. Taking the shortest route "across" the state through some of the most empty terrain except for West Texas and El Paso.

I know, but I was curious as to whether or not you thought we "hyped ourselves up." I think we do, but I'm fully drinking the koolaid I love how empty north Texas is though, certainly prefer that over the cities.
Sounds good with the truck though!

414 or so - 260 = 154 HP. That's a civic added under the hood, Coy! That's what I assumed on the price of the Tremor. Having others test driving before and more waiting after is good, real sales pressure! That'll likely be the case for the first few of these.
