Has pricing been released for the 2013 MY? Or is this just an educated guess (not that i think you're far off base)?

My shop has done a couple of 2010 mustangs with the 2012 mustang oem hid projector headlight assemblies.....just the NEW oem parts alone was around $2300....the boss was lucky to find a couple of salvaged stangs to get the parts from....at a greatly reduced price...

I would wait to see what prices Tasca would have on them. We could speculate until the end of time, but Im sure if the hid's are wanted badly enough by people, they will pay for them.

I love the 2013 F-150 changes, the tow mirrors and the hids, and even the new radio control system. Being an IT guy I guess thats kinda my downfall, I love the new techy stuff. Im sure the bugs from MFT will be worked out soon enough. In the video it looked like it was working well enough. Time will tell though.

That, or they were just a bunch of morons, like most dealers I've dealt with. I can count the number of salesmen I've spoken with who knew more about the product they were selling than I did on two fingers. I used to think they were intentionally trying to deceive me, but from repeated experience, I think they really are just that dumb.

When I moved from an '05 Scab to an '11, I originally wanted a straight trade up. This wasn't possible, though, as for some reason they stopped making a Scab with the 5.5" box after '09. You could special order then in '10, but by '11 even that wasn't an option. Either way, I would be adding a foot to the length of my truck, so I decided to go with the Screw instead since I'm going to be starting a family in the next year or so and could use the extra space. Conversely, I've never come across anything I couldn't fit into a 5.5' box with a little bit of creativity and several feet of tie straps.

I like that new 8" screen, but that 4.2" model is just plain hideous. Even as a base model, it's disgusting. Why would they want to make their truck interior look like the Fiesta? Where is the design aesthetic in putting a cramped looking screen and button cluster into a spacious, roomy dash?
Love the new projectors, but that screen is embarrassing.

Surely they arent putting those lights in all trim levels. Makes no sense to have those on an XL

Good find. I'll guess that Hill Descent will be on all FX4's and in any F150 with the Off-Road Package.

My guess would be that we get to hear about the FX4, and the other trim levels. Maybe, just maybe a hint about the Raptor too? Being that we are in June already, the ordering guides shouldnt be too far out right?

Should we expect Raptor specs and pictures along with an order guide?

I patiently await this week for more info...can't wait to test a '13 with the 6.2. That's the only motor I have yet to put to my torture test (drive) lol.

Still thinking of keeping The Grey Ghost as primary transportation until the '15 MY trucks. By then, I should be financially stable to snag a SuperCrew FX2/4, and they should have some of the rough spots ironed out on the (supposed) ALL-NEW 2014 F-150.

Not that I know of. I just know for Mustangs, its somewhere in the neighborhood of $1,000-$1,200 to upgrade to HIDs when custom ordering. And continuing to the next post...

That's not uncommon. For us, Ford is going to put a heft markup on OEM parts. Us 10th gen-ers know how much OEM HD lights are. Ford probably gets each unit built for under a couple hundred and sells them at a grand. Of course, with order guide pricing, it'll be much cheaper.
