2013 F-150 spy photos!

Car & Driver has some 2013 F-150 spy photos. Click to zoom.
Do these tow mirrors look any different to anyone?
They look like power tele-scoping tow mirrors like on the Super Duty!

It looks like we will have to wait a little while longer for the 2013 order guide.
The initial order date for the 2013 F-150 was pushed back a month to a 6/26/12.
The final order date for the 2012 F-150 was moved up to 6/22/12.

My Ford Owner Magazine mentions the 2013 F-150.

Projector headlights (probably still halogen) and the tow mirrors are a bit of a rounded top.

I can already see people lifting/leveling these trucks and not adjusting the headlights (as usual) and really blinding people in traffic..

It will be interesting to see if all models get the projectors or just top of the line. I'd swap over if the price was right and they offered them in the black housings. I have a feeling retrofits will be way cheaper though..

Yep.

Can't be much worse that those who install the eBay kits in their halogen housings.

i think I will wait for 2013 model year... hopefully it will become known that Ford did something to do with this GDI issue in the EB engine. Also would like to compare MPG in the Ford 150 vs Dodge 1500 Pentastar V6... could be I go Dodge.

I'd be interested in the headlights and possible backwards application into 12 and older.

Halogen projectors will be a lot easier on the eyes. I have a feeling if Ford does projectors, all trim levels will get them. Either way, its all better than PnP HIDs in reflectors.

If those are powerscopes, then I am definitely excited about that. I am also diggin that new grille. Assuming it will be chrome, I prefer that to the current lariat grille. I am also curious to see the execution of the MFT in the F150

Its gonna be a real nice truck for 2013. I like the updates, although I can't wait to see what the new one will employ in a couple years.
