8 Inch Rize Lift Kit for my 2011 F-150 FX4

I'm wanting an 8 inch lift for my new F-150. Is Rize still in business? I heard from 2 different shops that Rize was having some sort of financial issues.

Any word on whether BDS or anyone else will do an 8 soon? I get my new truck in a week, but could probably wait up to a year if nothings available.

Hmmm. I wouldnt think they would be going anywhere. sometimes suppliers will make up all sorts of stuff to sell a product. They have a pretty popular product. I cant imagine that it is true.BDS has an 8" kit, but i dont know if its the same for the 2011's

Yep took rize 5 months to get me my lift but the wait was worth it. There service is a joke over there just some warning. I could hardly get anyone on the phone.

Supposedly BDS is working on an upgrade option similar to Procomp Stage 2 kits that will allow you to adjust the coil overs up to 8". It is suppose to come out at the earliest this fall and the latest this winter. I am going to be upgrading my 6" lift when it comes out if I don't do a coil over upgrade sooner to increase the lift.

Awesome, great info! Thanks guys. I've heard nothing but good for both Rize and BDS products. I think the more common 6 inch lifts with 35's look good, but think I'm looking for something just a tad bit bigger. So figure an 8 with 37's might be the direction I'm heading.

The coil over idea on a 6, is a thought though.

god i can only imagine how expensive that kit is, RBP is know for extremely high prices. $180+ for an exhaust tip, and $1000+ for a grille that looks to be made from a gutter guard is rediculous.

wow that sounds outrageous . i have never bought anything from them. i just see the ad in Truckin all the time.

i can tell you two things for sure though.
1) i only paid around $350 total for my upper and lower billet grilles shipped from precision when i had my 2010 FX2.
2) i had a flowmaster muffler and dual tips put on a 2006 chevy for $200.

not sure who is paying those RBP prices but they must be crazy or filthy rich. wish i was at least the ladder. still wouldn't pay that though. lol

Rize is terrible anymore... and that is saying a lot from my end. I used to sing their praises and push their products at any chance... then something happened about 2 years ago and they went to pot. I'd search for a kit physically in stock somewhere and then verify the hell out of it being physically available and go for it... if not Rize isn't worth your time, a diffferent companies kit is more readily available and you will get better customer service than you will with Rize and their dealers lately..
