Yeah old thread but thanks for the late reply. I'll try this sometime during the week. My truck is in the shop because some idiot rear ended me but I should get it back tomorrow. I'll do a post on that later!

What exactly does 13-8-8-8-13 or 11-11-11-11-11 mean?

Just the spaceing style. 13-8-8-8-13 is with the center 3 lights close together. 11-11-11-11-11 is with the lights evenly spaced

Yeah line them up and triple check them and have someone else look at them. Then trace the base and have fun drilling! I love mine. Getting my tow mirrors soon!

Got. I thought so but I wasn't sure. I installed mine evenly apart to be slightly different and not totally OEM.

Turns out it was the blue wire with white stripe. You can leave it in the auto position to. I just got my truck back after 2 1/2 months in the repair shop for getting rear ended. The guy said drive it for a few days and let me know if it's ok, so I tapped into every wire till I found the right one haha. If it messed something up I would have just said it was their fault ha!

Love the lights...and with my HD Payload Package equipped F150 (soon to arrive) towing a 32' trailer...I am keen on installing the cab lights too!

Tossed between the Recon lights and the Atomics...though I realize the Atomics cost more, I like the flasher idea...for nothing other than my kids will think its cool/funny!

Also, and the bigger question....does anybody know of anybody that does a good job installing these lights...in Ontario (Canada)?

Thanks...
