Lets try this again. The lights are just sitting on the roof for idea how they look.

I think the cab lights are awesome. And we apparently can run Ford, Dodge, and Chevy cab lights on our trucks.

Personally I'm not sold on the chevy lights. I've never really liked the idea of the 2 smaller and one long bar in the center. To each their own though.

They all look great! Question is still out there...what wire to hook up to when leaving the auto lights on?

I Connected mine to the parking lights at the headlight control. I do not notice any increase in wind noise.

Do you have the auto lights? If so does your roof lights stay on after the other lights turned off with the auto function and truck is off?

No, why would they? Do your parking lights stay on after you shut down the truck?

See r8rone comments below, hence my questions.

Scott011422,

Our parking lights turn off, but from what R8rone mentioned I'm trying to figure the wiring out before I do mine as I have gotten to comfortable with the auto lights and would forget to turn them off.

I remember this thread, take some pics along the way. I love the look, just don't know if I can bring myself to drill into my roof. Dont like messing with the interior either, always think I'm going to break one of the many plastic pieces that are put together like legos.

Wow, old thread. Completley forgot to answer! Not sure what wire he tapped into. There is no White wire with a purple strip. There is a white wire with a red strip which is a 12+ feed wire??? For the parking lights you should be tied into a brown wire.

blueovelboy: Cant wait to see this on a new bodystyle!! We demand pics!!
