black is on. its still VERY wet. like just got done spraying wet - so its super shiny. it'll get a wet sand and 1 light coat of black tomorrow morning then i'll flip it all over and put a light coat on the insides to match and it'll be done

Hey Marshal, with the wheels off, I'm guessing she's up on blocks, and leaving this to be a perfect opportunity to snap a few pics of the trimming you had to do to fit those bad boys with the spacers. Curiosity is killin me........

Here is the final finish, they're laying in the sun to dry ATM. Should be mounted this afternoon.

the roof is overall only 3" higher, so yes - it fits with about a foot and a half to spare

Hey Marshall, give any thought to painting the little notches that were charcoalish before? I'm thinking the same red as is on the truck, should tie it all in quite well...... just a thought.

i considered it and i did a mental image and i too thought it was kind of tacky and ricerish. if anything id do the notches silver - but its too much work. plus with them being painted in Rustoleum Professional Semi-Gloss. if they ever need to be touched up, it will only take a second.
