I had to wait for my subscription to run out. They called me while it was still active and they wouldnt do the 77 a year. I let it expire then in 2 weeks they called me and offered me the 77 a year. I have my radio back on now .

How much extra was the travel link feature? Or was it included in the $77?

Maybe I'm the only one, but I could care less about Sirius Radio since I mainly listen to my Ipod or the Jukebox, but I sure miss the Travel Link. Wish they would offer the Travel Link by itself.

Lifetime plan is now $499 which isnt bad if you're going to keep your truck for 5 or more years

^^ I'm with you. Don't really care about the radio but would like to keep travel link. My free subscription expired two weeks ago, I haven't done anything yet about renewing.

But maybe a lifetime subscription is the way to go, my last truck was a 1990 F-150, so if I keep this one 20 years as well pro-rated, that's only $25 per year. what a deal!

They gave me a price of $399 for life time, they say this is without Nav or without travel link. Will my Nav work without Travel Link. When I'm on the road now when travel warning pops up saying accident ahead, it;s never correct.

Thanks

They give you that rate for 5 months then jack it up to the regular rate on the 6th month - which they are happy to offer to auto-renew with your CC.

Smile I let mine run out after 3 years of........

I moved and canceled the CC I was using with Sirius. They could not auto renew and that really gummed up the works. They tried the stealth mode of calling and politely asking for my NEW CC info to keep my service uninterrupted, I declined once I found out they were upping the cost again and adding a new Royalty fee from ASCAP. Took me from $65 every 6 months to over $90 and I just could not justify that much of an increase with all the other options available, like CD's, iPods, FM, or just quiet, which is pretty cool too when you have 2 teenagers that constantly change stations.

After 1 month I received a call, just yesterday actually on my way home and the nice lady wanted to renew my service for an annual fee of $77. They waived the balance due, $22, which was 1 month they kept it on while they tried to get me to agree to the very high price. They also removed me from auto renew because I asked for it.
Bottom line, let it expire and you WILL get the offer if you can be patient. Make sure they have a valid phone number for you.
Total for an annual subscription of Sirius, all channels, $88.73, pretty good deal in my experience.
