After all I have a USB with 8 GB of music so what is the problem. Do the math!
X2,I did the $4.99 thing a month when the 6 months ran out on my Ranger in January.I kind of wandered come August why the Sirius was still working.I get the credit card bill for September and there's a $94.00 charge on it from guess where, yep Sirius Radio.I call and the lady says they automatically renew it after 6 months if you don't call and cancel it.I don't remember them saying anything about that in January when i renewed it.I called last week since my F-150 doesn't have it and cancelled it they are giving me a credit of $57.00.

Later Mark.

I renewed Sirius for like 55.00 + tax = around 66.00.
I then had to call back and get the Sirius Travel link.
I bought it for 4 years for 81.86

my last 5 month deal for $19.99 expired yesterday and my service shut off (since I had told them to NOT auto-renew). Called them on my way home from work and just made **** up, told them I got a letter in the mail for 5 months for $19.99 (which I did, 6 months ago! haha) and she went right ahead and signed me up for the same deal for another 5 months ($3.99 per month) and I told her to disable the auto-renew so it wouldnt automatically start charging me full price again when it expires. So there ya go, I'm getting nearly a year for $40. Try it!

They do!! I just purchsed two years of the travel link, with traffic, weather, etc. and it was $125.79 total. That's about $5.00/mo and felt like a good buy to me!

I am going to expire Dec 1. The navigation part doesn't disable when the Sirius shuts off does it? I can live without looking up the weather in my truck, but I do use the navigation.

The nav system is separate from Sirius satellite radio and Travel Link, so your built-in GPS will continue to function.

You'll be fine. I let my trial period expire and I could still plug in destinations and it would map me there with turn notices and instructions. It's just that the Travel Link stuff becomes disabled, like the weather maps and forecast, gas prices, movie listings, ski reports (like a LOT of people really use that here in Florida). Personally I'd rather see moon phases displayed to schedule best hunting and fishing times etc.

Got mine renewed on Friday for $77 plus taxes. Came out to $83 total, and they waived the reactivation fee.
