Flip Key / Remote

I ordered one of these off ebay - works like a champ. Easier to carry this than the stock key and fob.

Do you have a link to the auction? Also, do you have a factory key that looks like the first in the picture, or do you just have a plain key with a seperate lock/unlock fob?

Programmed it myself using the included instructions (required having 2 factory keys)

My stock key is not like the one in the pic - plain Ford key with separate 3 button fob (lock/unlock/panic)

Ford Flip Key

I have an 2006 F150 Lariat and I just purchased one of those flip keys off Ebay. Is the ignition switch in the 2009-2010 the same as the 2005-2008? Does it have the rubber around the key hole and does it interfear the the flip key housing, or is the blade key longer so it won't touch the rubber ring. Thanks!

No, the 09 models (I assume the '10 models are the same) do not have the rubber ring around the ignition switch. I had one on my 06 and used the "Edge/Fusion" key with it and didn't have any issues with the rubber ring.

That's pretty cool, can you also hook a key ring to it? It would be really neat if you could also keep your house key in it without the need for a ring.

Anybody got a link for the 3 button switchblade remote key?

I do a search and lots of "4" button thing-ama-jiggies pop up, even "used" ones,
but no 3 button.....
