oops, yeah "Syro" was right with his post above. the lighted visors also come with the moonroof on the FX4 (I re-read the order guide yet again!)

What is the lux package?

Buy what you need. Buy what works for YOU!

It's the luxury package available on FX4's. Have you even looked at Fords website?

It was a rhetorical question, ya dummy: What is the luxury package?

To me the main difference (Lariat to FX4 lux) is you do get the locker in the FX4 and you're stuck with black interior.

Everyone has their own pet pieve.........one of mine is black interior. Had one in my first car and swore ......never again. Way to hot compared to any other interior color.

Not a big deal in some parts of the globe. In south Louisiana......at least to me...it's a big deal.

If I want a locker bad enough ......... I'll put one aftermarket in my Lariat with my tan (cool) interior.

I love the FX4s.........I just love my cool interior more
I happen to love FX4's too but let's face it--when it's 100 degrees out, your truck will get unbearably hot if left out in the sun, no matter what the color of the interior. Buy what you need. Buy what works for you.

Ford did offer a tan/cream-ish version of the FX4 sport leather in '09. I ran across several while looking for my truck.

Ok, then I won't bother to answer. Some one else can spoon feed you.

actually for the 09 FX4 it's medium stone which is supposed to be a light grey but it sure does look like tan. For 2010, you can only get black.

Rear defrost?

I'm not even going to bother looking it up, just throwing it out there.

The luxury package is some stickers and a center console shifter.

I cant wait for Edge to release their tuner for the 09. That should really wake it up.
My 2010 Lariat has 3.73's. The only way to get it in the lariat was to get the max tow, which is what I have.

I have that same interior in my FX4, I really didn't think I would at first but I really do like the contrast between the seats and the rest of the interior. Shame they aren't offering it anymore

yeah I know, I actually had the light grey seats in my old 04 FX4 and liked it, they went with the grey dash trim pieces.

Very true; Not to mention the gray seats should stay a bit cooler than black leather at least in the summer.
