Arizona Beige rocks! That is the best color by far. I don't know how different Pueblo Gold is from it, but they have that for 2009. My truck will be 5 years old on 3/10/09, yet after just a quick wash yesterday after many months of winter driving my paint still looks amazing like it just rolled off the assembly line. That Arizona Beige is fantastic.

Perhaps when they were mixing that Amber Gold they were having flashbacks to the glory days of 2004 with the Blazing Yellow.

PS I posted a month or two back about seeing an '09 in amber gold at a dealership, and what a really strange color it was. Whoever buys it, well, people will know it's them every time they see it cause I don't think there will be many produced in that color.

 

1. The Gold is an abomination.

2. Tail lights- still gay.

3. Black FX4- Very nice!

4. SFE- Stupid. Buy a Gryphon (or whichever tuner you fancy...)

5. WHY OH WHY ARE CREW CABS ONLY AVAILABLE WITH A SHORT BED?!?!?

 

You can get the SuperCrew in a 6.5' bed instead of the 5.5' bed if you wish. You can even get the 6.5' bed in styleside or flareside for that matter.

EDIT: You shoul go to the Ford site and build your F-150 the way you would like it, that way you can see exactly what you can or cannot get on the trim model you'd like.

 

Ditto...pretty good site to learn about the diff option combo's available wtih the different beds, cabs, etc.

 

Excellent...appreciate the help - but if I'm reading the brochure correctly, the Lariat/King Ranch are not available in the Brilliant Silver metallic color....

 

That distinction may actually belong to Woodhouse Ford in Blair, Ne (30 miles N of Omaha). I know I heard that they were the #1 dealer in the nation, but I wasn't sure if the was total sales volume or F series sales volume.

The more I look at the 09s the more I like the 08s! Sorry, just my opinion, Can't fathom that tailgate.

Pat, when I saw your name as the creator of this thread I was beginning to think you bought an '09!

I used to hate those tails but now I like them. Love the Plat's rear end with that cover. I still wish someday Ford will give the F-150's some projectors.

Any interior shots?

 

I still have yet to see a supercrew step-side or fleet-side white with grey bottom fx4. But still can't decide between this and the 2010 F250
