New '09s definately rolling out!
couldnt get a picture of the truck but i was headed down to Galveston yesterday when i passed a semi hauling 4 09 f150, and a cpl other fords neway ... When i was getting close i was thinking o look they are still delivering 08s UNTIL i caught the front end of one of them. Lines look very similar and the tailgate/lights dont look as horrible as i expected. front end definately lets people kno u mean business when u pull up behind them.
All in all they were pretty nice looking.
The driver probly thought i was crazy because i flew past him doin like 85 and when i realized it was the 09 i had to hit the brakes and ride along side looking at them for a minute
Ill give em a thumbs up for now

then in the afternoon i saw a 2009 Dodge Ram CrewCab on the highway, looked pretty good to me...

Stopped by Joplin Ford today - no 09's yet, they have 3 on order for stock, *NO* customer preorders.
They still have 6 08's left - 2 V6 stick XL shortbeds with A/C, 2 4x2 XLT Scabs with 5.4's, and 2 4x4 Lariat Screws with 5.4's.
They are hurting for sales - they offered me one of the XL's for 12 grand and offered me 4 grand for my 03. If the XL's weren't so stripped, I'd have done it. Rubber floor mats, no cruise - just too basic for me.

i am looking forward to checking out the 09 in person though. the local dodge dealer has 3 09 rams, i dunno, they look kinda droopy and sad to me.

That's what I thought too when I saw the new F-150 at the NY Auto Show. They look good in person, but for some reason the tails don't photograph well.
