Front Wheels Not Straight

I recently notice that my front wheels do not sit straight, they look like they bow to the inside starting at the top, if that makes sense. Also there is a strange noise coming from the wheels when I first start the truck and drive off. After a while it quits, but it happens everytime it starts. I have changed the hubs, so that is not it. I think it might be the locking hub actuator from what I've read, would anyone be able to confirm that? I'm not sure about the tire issue, but maybe the sway bar? any input would be appreciated, thanks.

Have you taken it to a front end shop for an inspection and alignment?

Actuators will cause noises, but not leaning in wheels. Wheel bearing / hub assemblies can cause noises and the leaning in at top. Bad alignment and / or worn out ball joints, control arm bushings, or bent attachment points can cause the leaning in.

Sounds like time to get someone who knows their way around the front end to look her over.
