Truck leans, but switches sides

Truck leans, but switches sides

I'm baffled over this. at first I thought it was the gas tank since a few on here said that can cause a lean. Well I'm seeing it varies which sides it leans. Currently it's leaning towards the drivers side, yet yesterday it was leaning towards the passenger side. Is that a worn bushing or something?

Yeah the ground seems level for the most part. I'm doing a full under coating over the next fee months and lifting the bed off the frame so I'll check the mounts and such out. So strange
