What conditioner do you use on dash's painted surfaces?

I usually just wipe the dash with a slightly damp microfiber. I'd like to use a dash dressing material to give it a bit of shine.
As we know there's a lot of painted aluminum parts that make up the dash.
I heard some of the common products like armorall might mess up the paint and leave irreparable damage.

What do you guys use on these surfaces specifically on passenger airbag cover and painted metals?

I've used AA on my current truck for over 4 years (as well as all my trucks going back to my '95) and there has been no permanent damage done to my dash.

I originally started using 303 for my vinyl hot tub cover which is outside. My hot tub place sells it and so far it has been great on the cover. I have since used it on both my cars!

I see you already ordered 303 but I use Meguiars Natural Shine and like it. It cleans/conditions the plastic and really does a nice job.

I really like the Meguiars, it does a great job on the interior of my truck. I use the 303 for my soft tonneau cover and never tried it on the interior parts but I think it'll work great too.
Anything but Armorall!!!

x2, another happy user here. Makes my black dash look much darker, does not give a chrome gleam of shine either. Just right.

I also use that product. I usually just clean the dash with Windex, but I'll apply the Natural Shine stuff afterwards. Gives a low-gloss shine and isn't greasy.

Looks to me like most of you are recommending good products for vinyl and similar surfaces. The OP is asking for something to use on painted aluminum, and stuff like 303 is just going to make a greasy streaky mess, it's not porous in the least bit.

Well, my bottle of 303 finally arrived and all I got to say is WOW! Let me summarize:

1. It goes on smoothly with either a paper or microfiber towel.
2. I did not have to use a lot. Just cover the area and gently wipe dry with another towel.
3. Both the plastic and painted metal surfaces took the shine evenly with no streaks.
4. 303 also does a great job on the black rubber trim around the windows and both bed
Side plastic toppers.

In conclusion, my search is over. 303 is what I recommend with honorable mention to Meguiars Natural Shine.
