I'd have a shop check the cats, my buddy went through the same exact thing not too long ago....changed plugs, cops, cleaned the MAF and TB and still no power. Then it threw a code, one of the cats was completely done. He had them changed out and now it runs like a raped ape.

ok here it is p2196 lack of heated oxygen sensor bank 1 & 2 probable cause
aa1 failed h02s11 bank 1 sensor
aa2 open or short circuit condition
aa3 leaking injector or fuel pressure regulator
aa4 maf sensor failure

number 5 cyl misfire still there

aa1 spark plugs
aa2 vaccum leak
aa3 injector fault
aa4high or low fuel pressure
thats where im at with latest comp update note that # 5 cyl has had 2 new motorcraft spark plugs injector although its from napa & a standard cop the other 7 cops r motorcraft plan on doing injectors this week as I stated before...

94's dont have cops or OBD2 codes, so it's obviously something different than the truck in his profile.

I would suspect one or more leaky injectors. You are over miles for the Ford satisfaction program. Probably need front O2's too.

Right, keep in mind, he let it suck from one of those nasty Sea Foam cans.. Directly!

That's most likely the absolute worst thing you can do to any engine w/O2's and converters, -let alone an 05.

Sounds like SF possibly damaged the cats, O2 sensors, etc.

Ok I have plugs, cops, & just put all new motorcraft injectors in this last weekend, still no power & goes into limp mode when I hit the throttle, so like glc said I will do front 02 sensors this week & mas air flow there not to expensive, I am going to try to get to my brother inlaws shop to do a fuel pressure check, any more ideas thanks for all the help ..... I will add my next big project will be timming chain cause it does have the loose chain sound when warm idle , will this cause motor to run crappy ???
