have you sprayed anything around the intake to see if its possibly leaking...i know its common on fords...also try switching coils and see if the misfire jumps cylinders...i've seen quite a few new coils, especially aftermarket, that are defective...and based on the DTC it sounds like you just have a bad heated o2 which should be an easy fix

if you switched coils and the misfire didnt change cylinders then you should be able to rule out a coil or harness issue...did you ever check for an intake (plenum) leak?

I dont know what to check on the harness, hoping brother in law will help but dont like to bother him if I dont have to, any how I find it hard to beleive that a misfire in 1 cyl, makes this truck so under power & causes the limp mode part ? I feel theres more, no I didnt check the intake yet its so cold again here in MI snow is back & makes it hard for me to pull it in the garage, how do I check the harness ??? Thanks guys..

seeing i have over 1000 readers I would like everybody to know, took covers off to do cam phaser & everything else, & was looking at # 5 cyl which always came up as a misfire & found a cam fowler laying up on the head , no damage , the roller is wore out very loose must be how it poped out ? anyhow now I have to fix that no wonder it didnt have any power... wish I could do cams & all new fowlers but I spent so much lately....

I wouldn't replace the phasers unless they're making noises, or if its higher mileage and you're in there for something else

Did you drop a plug before install? Could be a cracked porcelin.

What brand coils?
