everything is motorcraft did #5 twice plugs, inj, & cops, the misfire is coming fron the roller cam fowler was laying up in the head there for only 2 valves working going to get a new cam fowler tommorrow & check if phasers were done at one time it has 166,000 miles, & the only noise I had was the slaping of the chain on the side that the tensioner was shot, the guides even look great ...

If guess what you're calling a "fowler" you mean follower, IE: Valve Lifters?

Ok so I spelled it wrong, got a new one, yes the follower that pushes the valves up & down, had ford look up my vin # & in 08 cam phasers were done, which I cant beleive the tensioner has took a crap allready thats bs, so I think I will replace everything but the phasers & save the 300 bucks cause they look great which prolly dont mean nothing....

Well I am done with tensioner s and replaced the bad cam roller fowler, replaced guides which didn't even need cause ford did this Back in 08, started motor nice noise but as soon as I drive it and it gets warm the noise comes back, this is a lot of work not to be right. I am pretty sure the oil pressure is dropping to low, so what's my next move oil pump or what?? Oh I have no engine light from 5 cyl.
