wonder why the price is so much lower (than other sites i have found)? it does say ford replacement so its OEM correct? im worried on buying cheap aftermarket and the mirror vibrating and you can not even see out of them!

I have tow mirrors that are exactly like that, bought them on ebay. Not sure if its the same manufacturer... but exactly them same design. Ive had mine for about 2 months and i like them. They make the truck look more heavy duty.

But the visibility on them aren't the greatest. The issue i noticed is that the mirrors stick out probably 6" more or so, and that changes the angles. So when you look at the top mirrors, they are more focused on one spot (for instance the road)... rather than seeing the road, the side of the truck, and more. The concave mirrors on the bottom help me for parking and are excellent for blind spots.

Intreresting find! That would be a good price if the quality is the same as the OEM.

i am not sure if i want to be the guinea pig though...lol
i was hoping someone already had this exact pair. i wish it said the brand. maybe ill call tomorrow. if the quality is good then im def. buying them.

BL4CK3D0UT: do you happen to know the brand name of the mirrors you bought?

EDIT:
so i just called and he was not sure of the brand. they come from Taiwan. he did say they look just like OEM and he had 1 pair come back because of the bolts did not line up exactly. he shipped a new pair out and they were fine. he said everyone has been happy. seemed like a great person to deal with though...

I saw a craigslist ad in my city (kansas city) for this website a few months back. I almost ordered them, but I didn't want to be the guinea pig either. Morale of the story.... Order them and let us all know!

I know a few people who have ordered them and have said they are great and just like the ones you buy from Ford. Most likely what happen here is some found a Ford warehouse that was selling things super cheap. Similar to the ford ovals you can buy on EBay they are ford parts but are half as expensive because the seller got such a great deal from the original supplier. I will be ordering these in a month or so just need to pay for a few other things first before I spend more on the truck currently.

Yes the plug is factory. Although i had to add wiring to my factory plug in order to get the turn signals to flash since my truck never had turn signals before.

These are the ones i bought: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=310374491896

No vibrations, no issues installing (except my turn signals)

They may work and look fine but will they last? They are cheap because they are made in China. If you buy Chinese crap don't complain later because it will fail. I bought mine from Ford.

I bought a mine off the classifieds for $250 shipped. I wouldn't trust to buy aftermarket, made in China mirrors.
