New Project Truck 06 F150 XLT 5.4 4x4
Sure, I"m not sure what stock mounting hardware you're talking about. When I did mine I drilled into the frame and tapped it to accept a 5/16" bolt
I went ahead and soldered the 12V highbeam lightgreen/black wire to the trigger voltage on the 2 relays for my 4 Hellas. However, I don't believe this is the correct way to wire the lights up. I'm a little confused on the way the stock headlamps operate. Does that wire just trigger the highbeams or is it carrying amperage?
The stock headlights have 2 filaments in them. The middle wire on the headlight plug is the ground for both. When low beams are on, the bottom wire is hot and that illuminates one filament. When high beams are on, the top wire is hot, and illuminates the other filament (or both, not 100% sure on that)
Since you're just using the high beam wire to trigger a relay there shouldn't be any issues. I've been running mine that way since last May without any problems.

After I got the truck aligned I was really impressed, the truck handles awesomely on the street and off-road. Had the truck up around 50 for a couple miles out in the desert. The leaf pack has to be hands down the best investment I've made on the truck. Give the truck a little extra gas when you are coming up on a big bump/whoop the front end floats over and the rear end soaks it up. I asked the guys at the alignment shop to increase the castor over the OEM specs, but they had to max it out to correct the alignment with the shocks adjusted to 2" lift. No big deal, as long as they could align it, right? Looks like the UCA also increased the travel by about 2". It is way stronger and easy to service, it's recommended you spray some Teflon into the uniball (as it could be noisy after some use), and grease the UCA through the Zerk fittings that were provided.

love the shocks i want to do that so bad on mine instead of a lift. if you don't mind me asking how much did the upper control arms from Camburg cost? and what do your angles look like does it look like it took the stress off the front end?
Looks awesome! I still want to run your similar suspension setup. How has it been holding up?
Also curious about your on-board air system. I was thinking about this one:
