The suspension is holding up good. I've been out into the sand dune several times and drove the Mojave trail with no problems. Just gotta make sure you are lubing this thing up regularly, I've been using a Teflon based spray for the uni-ball.
That OBA looks good, the CFM is almost double what i'm running, so you might be able to use some tools off that as well.

Also curious about your on-board air system. I was thinking about this one:

Let me know what you think!

Thanks!

What is the backspacing on the wheels you use? Just curious if you were able to fit something with 5-5.5" of backspacing with the camburgs.

Is teflon all you need to quiet down the UCAs? My camburgs squeak loudly on bumps and dips.

Sweet, that's what I was hoping for. Appreciate the input.

Are the Camburg a-arms necessary if you add those coil-overs, or do you think stock a-arms would be fine? I already have a leveling kit on the truck, and I want to keep the same ride height, just improve and strengthen the coil-overs and rear shocks. I'm also considering those National leaf-springs you got; I was previously looking into the pro-comp add-a-leaf kit for about $100 bucks.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

You know, i'm not sure of my backspacing. I thought I was going to have an issue with the camburgs as well, but I didn't.

The wheel i have on my truck, i think its 5.5".

Teflon spray, and make sure you have the bushings greased up. Camburg recommends lubricating often.

You can add the coil-overs without the arms. The shocks are adjustable from 0-3" lift. If you are putting any lift on the shocks, its going to put some strain on the bushing of the upper control arm. You might have to replace the bushing more often then normal because it could get pinched. The leafs are good, you could also get a pack from deaver (they cost less) and are already made. I got the nationals because they are down the street from me. The add-a-leaf kit is going to break your back, it doesn't give any benefit to your suspension, just raises the resting point.

Nachos and Beer,

couple questions id like to bounce off you, first have you done the HID swap in your off road lights yet? im stoked to see the outcome on those. second if i wanted to do the same setup you have but use F.O.A coilovers (kings are a pretty penny) how would i go about finding out what size shock length id need? your suspension is very inspiring! everything is going to look awesome when its all said n done!

Interest

[QUOTE=Nachos and Beer;4779948]Light bar is finished minus getting it powder coated. Another support was added down the center and it has been capped. I'm going to be wiring all this stuff up and testing it out this weekend. I ordered a new grille from grillcraft in black since the ford logo is blocking my lights.
http://grillcraft.com/applications/2...aspx/1%7C7/78/
I also picked up the 58W 4.5k HID conversion kits for the 500FF lights. I'll be doing the mod after I see what they do stock. The light bar is super sturdy, I couldn't get any wiggle out of it. If there is enough interested generated I could make a few light bars for a low cost.

Are you selling that light bar setup up, that's exactly what I'm looking for.
