2006 Supercab 5.4 v8 noise issues, Help!!!

Replaced the serpentine belt, not sure if the noise is coming from belt tensioner, idler pulley or whatever else, what do you guys think? BTW The truck has 110,000 miles on it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8-erKkaf0c

Thank for the replies guys,

The sound does not change when i turn the wheel, fluid is ok, and the sound always seems to be there, both when the truck is idleing and driving all speeds.

I know it might be a no no but did you try spraying anything on the belt to see if it goes away as it sounds the same as a binding belt to me?

Regards,
Peter

FireFighteR6,

I did find the problem, i replaced the belt tensioner, the bearing in the belt tensioner was completley shot, id give it a try, i dont think you will have any problems doing the work yourself, Good Luck.
