08' Ford F-150 FX4 Crew cab 45k miles

I bought this truck used and it has a deep throaty exhaust sound, kinda sounds like the shelby when started (pretty awsome) and not sure if it is stock exhaust. Either way not complaining. Problem is cold start and go truck spudders/spitts and almost stalls off the line. Thinking of a fuel injector cleaner. Any ideas?

You might want to clean the maf and tb......change the fuel filter also......look in this link >>>https://www.f150online.com/forums/articles-how-tos-119/ on the details......

Use techron for the fuel system cleaner.....its the best out there and endorsed by Ford....

MAF--Mass Air Flow Sensor. Part of the intake system

Throttle Body--Helps keep the truck responsive and "peppy" lol

Single tip .... or dual tip?

That is maybe the "Shelby like awesome deep throated exhaust option"? J/K

Likely it's a Magnaflow or Flowmaster muffler in place of stock. In either case, not stock.

There is no such thing as a loud stock F-150 so it is certainly aftermarket.

I am going to say the fuel module above the spare tire may need replaced. They tent to rot out in salt climates.
