went to the dealer today and they want $25 a plug!

went to the dealer today and they want $25 a plug!

They said these are updated plugs that won't break?I went to advanced auto and they had motorcraft plugs for $11 each..what are you guys paying

need a new air damper operator for wifes windstar and dealer wanted $80 for it.

got it at rock auto for $28 and $10 for shipping had it in my hands in less then 12 hours. shipped from denver and i'm 20 min south of denver wish they had a pick up option

I mean $11 each is fine for me cuz I can have them right away.what plug should I have so I make sure advanced auto gives me the correct one..the guy at ford was like I can give you a 10% discount and they will cost you only $22 each then!

When I had mine replaced last winter the dealership played that same game with me, 10% off. The price was still $23 something per plug. Unfortunately they already had them in the truck so after I made a big enough issue out of the situation they knocked the price down to $14 something and said that was their cost. Still killed me on the labor.
