Hey,

Do you remember the name of the seller that you got the headlights from off of Ebay? I was looking through them the other day. I would put my headlights in the oven, but this is the only vehicle that is running at the moment.

Also how is the light output on the head lights? I ask this because i bought a set of Head lights for my Thunderbird off of Ebay and the light output is not as good as the originals.

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks guys! I appriciate the compliments. It's coming together slowly but surely.

Kscull, the new headlights seem to have the same output as the stock lights did and so far (knock on wood) haven't had any fogging issues others have said they had with the "knock off" Harley lights. I got them from streetune on Ebay. Shipped really fast.

Got the Nittos put on about an hour ago. The ride and handling is so much better than before.

I had them ordered but the website I ordered from said they no longer carried them. These are the tires I've wanted all along but didn't really want to pay for them. So once they told me I couldn't get the Grabbers I jumped on these. Figured it was "meant to be."

My original plan was to get black "FX" with a red "4" and black "OFF ROAD" but like you said earlier, the red on the decal disappears into the red paint so I went with all black. The black and grey would look pretty good too, give it a more rugged look.
I think the Flareside decals were smaller, mine are factory and only about 13-1/2" long end to end and about 3-1/2" tall from top of FX4 to bottom of OFF ROAD.

I have my old FX4 decal on my tool box and I measured it the other day. It's 5" tall x 15" wide. Maybe the flareside decals are smaller.

you can get the general grabbers with red lettering now. might look good with your red theme. you can also just get a tire paint pen in any color.

That might be something to look into. Not real sure if I'd like I'd like how that looks or not.
