They were pretty cheap. I got mine for around $100 off Ebay. Just have to see how well they hold up.

Going to do some more stuff tomorrow, pics to come.

Just ordered black and red overlays for the front and rear Ford logo. Background's black and Ford is in red.

Well here's the new decals. Not sure if I like them or not. I kind of thought they'd be as big as the stock FX4 sticker.

Nice Truck there!

Any closeups of the FX4 decals .... or can you tell me how much different in size from stock? Like your's, on mine the "FX" part just "vanishes". Red on Red I rekon .... haha. Anyway, they look good on there I think, wife likes them too .... which is why I wonder .....
..... where did you order them if I may ask?

Also, you mention grille / tailgate "Ford" emblem overlays, .... post pics when you get them on please. Mine on the grille is messed up, but tail gate one is OK.

PS, the wide Chrome doesn't look bad, depends on who's doing the looking I guess ...
... but I can see it working on your truck with the right accessories.

Here's the link for the FX4 decals. They're 5"x12", never measured the stock one so I'm not sure what the size on it was.

You're right on the "FX" disappearing on the red.

The new emblem overlays should be here Monday or Tuesday I'm thinkin so depending on the weather, I'll have them on when they get here.

Got the overlay on last night. Seems to be good quality and blends everything together nicely IMO.

Thanks!

Now I have to find some badge overlays. Then, once it gets nicer out take the front bumper off and paint it along with PTM door handles and mirror caps.

Looks really good, just like the ones I have waiting to install. Seems that PTM and overlays are a high trend this season

I've been kickin the idea around for a while. The week after I got the truck I had the handles all taped off ready to paint but decided to wait since it was only 45* that day and about 55* in the garage I was in.

If it wasn't for this site I'd have a bone stock F150 and a fatter wallet. I might have to get banned to save money

Just ordered new tires. 275 65 18 General Grabber AT2's. I had them on my old truck and they were a great tire. Going to have to hold off on the wheels for a while.

The last ones are the ones you bought. The way it looks, once applied, youpull the top clear sheet off and the seperate letters alone stay on the vehicke, no clear film like the stock decals? I like that, I don't like the clear film on them.

Black looks good, I also like the edging on yours.

Wonder how it'ld look with a black "FX" and silver "4" and "OFF ROAD" like in the first ones above? It'ld be easy to do in two steps I think.

5X12 huh? I'll have to measure stockers now ..... Thanks!

It is quite a bit smaller than the stock ones but they're growing on me. They do come on a sheet that you peel away after applied with no clear film over it.

My original plan was to get black "FX" with a red "4" and black "OFF ROAD" but like you said earlier, the red on the decal disappears into the red paint so I went with all black. The black and grey would look pretty good too, give it a more rugged look.
