Looks awesome! Just wait until you get out on the freeway and can light up 5 lanes wide. The razor sharp cutoff is nice but what blows my mind more than anything is the width of visibility with projectors.

Thanks, guys! Drove it for the first time last night and WOW!

Headlights were aimed a little low and the left rotation was off by a hair, but it was amazing. Lit up everything underneath the cutoff line and everything above the line was pitch black. Nuts.

First time on interstate will be tomorrow morning on my way to work. Can't wait. Will probably leave a bit early so I can finish aiming them.

Going to have to pop them back open and fix the rotation on the driver's side projector. The tab-bending trick didn't work, so it's my only option. Would rather spend the time and do this right the first time.

Other than that it's perfect. Passenger side is dead level, so all that needs done is a slight rotation of the driver's side and it will look awesome!

Hopefully I can knock this out by tomorrow!

Question: If I go to pop these back open, heating the headlights to *250 to do so won't damage the projectors, correct?

It should be fine, just be sure to let them cool back down to room temperature before resealing them, otherwise you will get condensation due to the air inside being hotter (I had to stick mine in the oven with the projectors installed to get some excess glue off, so no worries)

Also, is your truck aimed toward the side of the road in those pics? If you are driving straight in the lanes, it appears both projectors are aimed too far right since the cutoff steps arent directly in front of the headlight position.

When driving straight, your cutoff should look like this:

Yeah I was driving around a curve in the road---just snapped a quick picture.

I didn't think it would be a problem since the projectors get so hot anyways. It's supposed to rain tonight so I'll have to hold off....likely until the weekend. It's not off far enough to bother me at the moment. What I may do is try to tweak the headlight enough to fix it since it isn't off very far. If that fails I'll separate the housing again. Kind of a last resort thing......not difficult just time consuming. I coated the crap out of everything with RTV when I sealed it up, so it won't be fun getting it apart.

Ha Ha, So did I, 1 tube per light. My passenger light looks like your drivers. I just used washers on both light housings till somewhat even line for now. I'm going try the bending tab thing later in a month or two. I'm more worried about how to get the headlight housing apart with all the RTV on it, then baking the projector.
